Job Description

The technical voice of JuP1, providing strong technical support for the value streams and guiding process standards. Serves as central reference for process definitions at JuP1, maintains close contact with international competence centers, and participates actively in process definition meetings at lead plants. Ensures process‑specific standards and knowledge exchange across platforms, supports value stream engineering teams, improves process stability and efficiency, and coaches and deploys knowledge to VS engineers. Provides technical know‑how to support new product launches.
