Title – Player Development Professional
Reports to – Director of Instruction and Player Development
Position Description – The Player Development Professional is responsible for creating an engaging, progressive learning environment that helps members of all skill levels improve and stay connected to the club. This role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction, building strong member relationships, and driving participation in private lessons, coaching programs, events, and on-course play. By inspiring confidence and fostering enjoyment of the game, the Player Development Professional plays a key role in activating members, increasing retention, and supporting overall membership growth.
