About the Position

Boge Rubber Mexico is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer – Plastic Injection Molding to optimize manufacturing processes, ensure process stability, and guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards required by the organization and our automotive customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and validate process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot molding defects, cycle time issues, and material waste.
• Coordinate mold trials, pilot runs, and process validations.
• Participate in project transfers and new product launches.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, parameter sheets, and operating standards.
