Up to $52,000/yr ($25.00/hr) • Waukesha County, WI • 100% Onsite • 1st Shift Lock in a permanent 3-day weekend with a growing, ISO-certified plastics leader boasting a rock-solid, long-term team Ditch the sweltering shop floors: Work in a pristine, fully climate-controlled, air-conditioned facility

  • EXPERIENCE DEPTH 2+ years of dedicated, hands-on mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience specifically within a plastic injection molding environment

  • TECHNICAL MULTI-CRAFT Proven capability to diagnose, tear down, and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, industrial plumbing, and basic electrical systems

  • WORK SCHEDULE Enjoy a predictable 4-day, 10-hour work week (Monday – Thursday) on 1st Shift. No rotating schedules, no surprise night shifts, and a guaranteed 3-day weekend every single week.
