Good practical learning starts with a workshop that is ready. Tools need to be safe. Materials need to be prepared. Equipment needs to be in the right place. Students need clear standards, and lecturers need reliable technical support so sessions run smoothly.

As our Plastering Technician, you’ll help make that happen. You’ll support practical learning across Plastering and wider Construction provision. You’ll prepare resources, maintain tools and equipment, support workshop activity and help create safe, organised environments where students can develop real trade skills.
