Plant Transformation Intern — Lean, Kaizen & Data

HYPERSCAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Transformation Intern to support improvement projects in the energy sector. As an intern, you will assist in organizing workshops, document success stories, and help track KPIs. Ideal candidates should be undergraduate students with strong communication and coordination skills, and must be comfortable with Excel.

This role offers practical experience in transformation programmes for a minimum of 3 months starting from mid-August 2026. Exposure to mentorship and Lean culture building is also part of the opportunity.
