Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company Chile operations in La Serena. You will focus on driving performance improvement by implementing Ferrero's Operational Excellence Program while managing cross-functional projects and budget planning.
