Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International in Chile is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company team. This role focuses on driving plant performance improvement through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives, while supporting budget planning and tracking.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering, proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. You will drive strategic initiatives and ensure the effective execution of operational priorities.
