Plant Performance & Projects Lead – Lean & Smart Factory

Ferrero is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join their Hazelnut Company Chile team. This role focuses on driving plant performance improvement through the implementation of the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading projects, supporting budget planning, and fostering collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Engineering, possess proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, and communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.
