Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform all industrial operations in Primary Production plant in compliance with standard operating and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and log data to minimize plant downtime and ensure continuous supply.
• Implement safety, quality, reliability programs.
• Actively participate in achieving zero accidents by reporting near misses and adhering to safety policies and the IMS system.
• Ensure consistent implementation of safety, quality, emergency procedures, and IMS requirements within your area.
• Implement safety, housekeeping, and audit action items, coordinating with the Team Leader.
• Contribute to risk assessments, safety meetings, and learn from incidents to ensure best practices.
• Inspect and maintain plant safety equipment.
• Drive plant reliability and efficiency through proactive maintenance, continuous improvement, and spare parts management.
