Link-Worldwide is seeking a Plant Manager in Tijuana, Baja California. The role involves managing the full operational performance of the plant and ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, corporate standards, production targets, and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize production operations. Knowledge of SMT processes is desired.

The job requires onsite presence, fluency in English, and a willingness to travel.
