KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Oversee and manage Production & Maintenance teams within the area of responsibility. Manage production & maintenance team utilization and performance / output. Responsible for plant performance and Compliance to contractual quality and quantity KPIs Ensure compliance to PROXA and Client safety standards. Take accountability for Safety Performance in accordance with the MHSA/OSHA legal appointment. Maintain effective administration and control procedures to meet performance objectives, including financial control, HR/IR, procurement and stock management. Continuous improvement and optimization of processes. Implement and maintain Financial Control with Profit & Loss accountability for the plant(s) Monitoring and detail records and reporting on all aspects of the processes, ongoing projects.
