Role Summary
Reporting to the General Manager, the Plant Manager provides overall leadership and operational oversight for the Penang and Taiwan factories. The role focuses on efficiency, on‑time delivery, cost optimization, and operational excellence, while coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production operations, supply chain, logistics, and technology development across two factories.
- Drive continuous improvement using Toolbox and Lean Manufacturing methods.
- Oversee manufacturing efficiency, cost structure, lead times, and asset utilization.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality management systems, and customer requirements.
