Plant manager

To oversee and manage the production of the mill on a daily basis. To ensure that all company requirements for HR, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration and operations are met within the production environment.

Qualifications: Matric Production or related qualification preferred

Requirements and Skills: Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license 3 - 5 Years’ experience in a similar position Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word Problem-solving and decision-making Communication, relationship building and team leadership Negotiation and selling
