Operational Management
- Lead all day-to-day plant operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics
- Ensure production output meets demand requirements and supports achievement of revenue targets
- Drive schedule adherence and on‑time delivery performance
- Monitor and manage plant performance through defined KPIs and operational metrics
Planning & Forecast Execution
- Execute the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process at plant level
