Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production activities, including compounding, granulation, blending, and packaging operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Champion a strong safety culture across the plant.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOE, and other relevant environmental and safety regulations.
• Oversee safe handling, storage, and transportation of hazardous chemicals, including ammonia, nitrates, and other chemical raw materials.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, emergency response planning, and corrective action implementation.
