Plant Operations Lead and oversee daily production activities, including compounding, granulation, blending, and packaging operations. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, and operational efficiency. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Champion a strong safety culture across the plant. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOE, and other relevant environmental and safety regulations.
