Plan and manage all plant and equipment activities to support construction works safely and efficientlyPrepare work procedures, method statements, and risk assessmentsOversee maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant and equipment to ensure reliabilityManage the deployment and positioning of major equipment (e.g. cranes) on siteCoordinate material delivery, storage, and inventory to improve site logisticsEnsure safe installation and operation of site power supply for equipmentMonitor plant performance, cost, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsWork closely with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth operationsLead and supervise plant team, including training and performance managementPartner with the safety team to maintain a strong safety culture on site Requirements
