PLANT MANAGER - BIOFUEL FACILITY

Location: Botad District (near Bhavnagar)

Lumen Biofuels, in cooperation with Arvind Mills, Gujarat, is hiring an experienced Plant Manager to lead the development and operation of a biofuel processing unit near Bhavnagar.

Role: Oversee project implementation (<6 months) including site development,  government permissions, supplier coordination, and site management. 

After commissioning, the role will transition into a plant management leadership role, overseeing:

• Daily operations of the unit
• Manpower management
• Scheduled preventative maintenance
• Boiler operations
• Feedstock management.

Requirements: ME/MTech or BE/BTech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering. 5+ years in project management. Strong experience in leading manufacturing operations and managing teams.
