Plant Manager

Your responsibilities

• Site & Culture Management: Operational management of the plant as well as disciplinary management and targeted development of department and team leaders.
• Operational Excellence: Sustainable integration of Lean Management, Continuous Improvement (CIP) and modern shop floor management into everyday production.
• Performance management: Overall responsibility for the key performance indicators (KPIs) – safety, quality, on-time delivery (OOTD), productivity and costs.
• Process optimization: Ensuring stable, efficient production flows and responsibility for the availability and maintenance of modern production facilities.
• Change Management: Setting clear priorities, commitment and speed in the implementation of strategic changes.
