Plant Maintenance Supervisor II: Lead & Optimize Equipment

Hussmann is seeking a maintenance leader to plan, organize and direct plant maintenance activities to meet objectives. You will act as a teacher, coach and advisor to facilitate teamwork and employee development.

Responsibilities include directing daily maintenance tasks, completing preventative work, and ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition while upholding company policies. Strong communication across shifts and departments is essential.
