Plant Maintenance and Utility Manager

As a Plant Maintenance and Utility Manager, you will lead preventive maintenance, calibration, engineering cGMP compliances, statutory compliances, etc. This includes manufacturing, packing and laboratory equipment, utilities and facilities, EHS critical equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team of engineers and technicians and support to achieve the site KPIs including but not limited to productivity & OEE, EHS, quality, etc.
• Preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery which includes manufacturing and packing equipment.
• Equipment and instrument calibration activities to ensure it always remains in good functional condition.
• Machineries include (but not limited to) such as high‑speed blister packing lines, bottle packing, tablet press, capsule machine, dry and wet granulations, powder mixers, etc.
