Plant Maintenance and Utility Manager

We are seeking an operations leadership professional to manage the Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Engineering cGMP Compliance, and Statutory compliance functions for manufacturing, packing, laboratory equipment, utilities, and facility EHS critical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to achieve site KPIs including Productivity & OEE, EHS, and Quality.
• Perform Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance on pharmaceutical machinery (manufacturing and packing equipment).
• Conduct equipment and instrument calibration to maintain optimal functional condition.
• Oversee high‑speed blister packing lines, bottle packing, tablet press, capsule machine, dry and wet granulation processes, powder mixers, and related machinery.
• Manage black and clean utilities such as purified water systems, HVAC, compressed air, chillers, and boilers.
