The Opportunity
As the Plant HR & Administration Manager , you will be the strategic bridge between corporate HR direction and the plant-floor reality. You will lead end-to-end human resources and site administration across Royu’s manufacturing units—ensuring our plant is fully staffed, legally compliant, and operationally seamless so production leadership can focus on output.
