Plant Head (AAC BLOCK)

*AAC Plant Head Job Role:-*

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.

* Managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products and quality control.

* Supervising a team of production staff including labours, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

* Implementing cost-saving measures and improving operational efficiency to increase cost to sales margin.

* Liaising with sales team, suppliers and logistics partners to manage inventory and distribution.

Skills & Involvement:-

1. Mechanical Proficiency: 100%

2. QC Related: 50%-70%

3. Production Related: 100%

4. Sales involvement: 5%-10%

5. Electrical: Able to get the work done by existing team.

6. Costing & MIS: 100% should be able to discuss with management on MIS & reduce the production cost.

7. Development to reduce manpower & increase automation.
