Position is the face of Moana Nursery's Green Industry expertise, the leading horticultural expert at the store and a primary salesperson that will give customers both what they want and what they need. The position requires significant horticultural expertise, customer service focus, and the ability to sell customers both what they want as well as what they need (to be successful). Plant Doctors are expected to provide additional revenue through on site and in-store consultations as well as share their expertise through seminars, workshops and teammate training. Their product feedback and opinions on what makes it easy to garden in NV is required. As senior store teammates position is expected to support store team with basic store operations such as opening or closing, cashier, merchandising, inventory and receiving.
