Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PLANS AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1246000 and is part of the NC J3, National Guard (JFHQ-NC-J3/ 1422-311).
