About the Role

The Planning & Cost Manager is responsible for the integrated planning, cost control, and performance monitoring of a portfolio of EPC renewable projects, ensuring alignment with operational strategy, contractual milestones, and financial targets. The role operates under the Director of Operations and provides cross‑project governance with a strong focus on subcontractor coordination and execution reliability.

Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across multiple projects.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Define and monitor critical paths and key milestones such as grid connection, energization, and COD.
• Special attention to interfaces between subcontractors.

Cost Control
