Planning & Technical Engineer

Job responsibilities: Planning Develop overall construction masterplan for a large construction project Apply critical path method techniques Maintain project baseline schedule, update project schedule periodically and analyse effects of any proposed changes / additional activities on the project Analyse project status and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks Technical Assist to prepare tender technical proposal Device construction methods Operate drafting softwares Present construction methods clearly Work with BIM team to develop 4D simulations Plan for temporary works OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (ORGANIZATION) People Development Abide to the importance of people development and respond to the company's people development initiatives Internal Operations Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces Follow and maintained standard policies and procedures Ensure safety regulations are complied with Job requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering A minimu...
