Maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. Conduct employee training or ensure that departmental employees receive appropriate training to maintain compliance with the quality management system. Maintain all departmental documentation relating to the quality management system. Ensure that employees are properly trained and competent in performing their assigned duties. Conduct contract reviews to confirm compliance with quality management system requirements. Prepare quotations and sales orders, and plan and execute production orders based on customer requests.
