Planning Executive

WE'RE HIRING - Planning Executive

We are seeking a Planning Executive to support our production planning team, ensuring accurate SAP execution, data management, and smooth cross‑functional coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily production recording and ensure timely follow‑ups with relevant departments
• Create and monitor Production Orders, Purchase Requisitions, BOM, and routing in SAP
• Support new material induction through accurate master data entry and coordination
• Manage bobbin and carton records including issuance, tracking, and consumption management
• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams to support daily operations
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports using SAP with accuracy and clarity

REQUIREMENTS

• 1‑3 years of experience using SAP S/4 HANA
