Planning Engineer - Site Scheduler

Engineer - Planning The Engineer – Planning – Site (Scheduler) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring construction schedules for site activities. This role ensures alignment between planned and actual progress, supports delay analysis, and generates lookahead schedules to guide daily and weekly operations. The Scheduler plays a key role in integrating site inputs into planning systems and enabling timely project completion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Prepare the detailed baseline project schedule using planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) based on the contract, BOQ, and scope of work. Regularly update the schedule to reflect actual progress, resource deployment, and site conditions, while analyzing variances from the baseline plan. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lookahead schedules in coordination with the execution team to guide field operations and ensure readiness of work fronts.
