Planning Engineer (Infrastructure)

Review the Contractor’s Baseline Programme, Revised Programs, and Recovery Programs for compliance with the contract requirements.

Verify logic, sequencing, durations, resource loading, cost loading, and critical path against drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Check that the programme correctly reflects key milestones, sectional completions, interface dates with authorities (RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat/du), and contractual constraints.

Recommend approval, conditional approval, or rejection of the Contractor’s programme to the Resident Engineer.

Monitor actual progress against the approved Baseline Programme on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
