We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in villa renovation and interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in project scheduling resource planning and progress tracking ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules timelines and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor and track project progress against baseline and update schedules accordingly
• Coordinate with site engineers project managers procurement and subcontractors to gather real-time updates
• Prepare look-ahead programs delay analysis reports and recovery plans as needed
• Assist in planning labor material and equipment resources to meet project milestones
