Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create WBS structures, activity sequencing, resource loading, S-curves, and histograms.
• Prepare 2‑week, 4‑week, and 6‑week look‑ahead programs.
• Update schedules weekly/monthly and analyze progress vs. plan.
• Identify variances, assess critical path impacts, and prepare planning reports and dashboards.
