Planning Coordinator

To prepare the Production work programs as per the guidelines provided by the Production Manager and work with him to monitor the progress of the production plan to ensure its completion within the specified time frame

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Production work programs specifying time required to complete each process such as material procurement, mobilization, manpower requirement etc.
• Coordinate with QA Team, Dispatch team to ensure project coordination of various elements of work.
• Monitor closely each process of the Production in co-ordination with the Production Manager/ Asst. Production Manager to ensure that the plan is being followed properly and the work is proceeding as per the program.
• Prepare reports on progress and causes of program/ progress variations.
