Planning and Performance Coordinator (Ottawa)

Position Overview

The Planning and Performance Coordinator will support the Performance Measurement & Accountability Reporting (PMAR) team by coordinating and developing the NRC Departmental Plan and Departmental Results Report and supporting the implementation of the Risk and Compliance Process and cross‑functional priorities related to stakeholder engagement and policy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the NRC Departmental Plan and Departmental Results Report, tabled in Parliament annually.
• Support the implementation of the Risk & Compliance Process (RCP) in accordance with the NRC’s commitments to the Government.
• Assist with cross‑functional priorities related to stakeholder engagement and policy development.
• Apply project‑management practices and track multiple projects simultaneously.
