Planning Analyst

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Planning Analyst in the Gas Services Distributed GCO organisation, there is no such thing as a typical day. You’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling of new equipment for customer contracts. Working closely with the Engineering, Assembly and Procurement teams, you are a key interface to the Project Manager, advising and reporting on project progress and giving early warning of potential risk to delivery.

This role would suit a number of candidates including those who have recently completed a relevant degree in a subject such as Project Management.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Establishing, monitoring and controlling the overall schedule in SAP during project execution to meet internal and contractual requirements.
• Ensuring materials are programmed to be available to achieve On Time Delivery in full and initiate corrective actions to minimise penalties for late delivery.
