Job Summary
The Planning Agent will be responsible for manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational coordination to ensure efficient airport ground handling operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare daily manpower and equipment deployment plans.
* Coordinate with operational departments.
* Monitor flight schedules and operational requirements.
* Ensure optimum utilization of resources.
* Generate operational reports and MIS.
* Support disruption management activities.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Aviation, Operations, or related field
- 1–4 years of aviation or operations planning experience
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
