In this position, you'll provide a work planning service with responsibility for the effective planning and monitoring of all work within the Capital Works team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with client expectations and key performance indicators.

• Develop, maintain, and update work programmes and schedules in collaboration with Technicians, Supervisors, and Project Managers.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and permitting requirements to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records and update company and client databases to support operational performance and reporting.
• Support invoicing processes, including the preparation and submission of job packs and work completion documentation.
