- Act as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts concerning planning, logistics, and supply matters.
- Address client inquiries with professionalism, guaranteeing swift resolutions and elevated satisfaction.
- Deliver routine and on-demand reports to clients detailing manufacturing schedules, shipping estimates, and current order statuses.
- Evaluate key performance indicators within the supply chain and assist in determining the root causes of unmet goals
- Engage in ongoing improvement projects aimed at boosting forecasting precision and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Track manufacturing timelines and guarantee they meet the specific delivery demands of the clients.
- Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
