We are seeking a dedicated pizza chef to handle dough, toppings, and oven work. Shifts generally start at 4 PM, ensuring a lively evening atmosphere. Interested candidates may also engage in kitchen operations, leadership, and menu development. Your contribution can significantly impact our growth and the success of our breweries: Slow Hand, Boombox, and Temporal Artisan Ales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and stretch pizza dough for serving
• Add toppings and bake pizzas in our wood-fired oven
• Manage cleaning and dishwashing duties
• Assist in prep tasks and closing procedures
• Engage in team training and menu planning
