- Stretch dough by hand.
- Skillfully prepare and cook a variety of burger patties, achieving optimal doneness and flavor profiles.
- Expertly manage a diverse range of fresh ingredients, from vibrant vegetables to premium meats, maintaining peak freshness and quality.
- Execute precise cooking techniques for toppings and accompaniments, enhancing the overall taste experience.
- Culinary school graduate or equivalent formal training in food preparation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a fast-paced pizza and/or burger kitchen.
- Possession of relevant food handler's certifications.
- Proficiency in various dough-making techniques and pizza oven operation.
