Umdloti. Bold, trendy and rapidly growing Restaurant Group is looking for a skilled Pizza Maker / Chef to join its dynamic kitchen team. Previous experience in pizza preparation and a passion for delivering consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, stretch and portion pizza dough to company standards
- Assemble and cook pizzas according to menu specifications
- Prepare and replenish toppings and ingredients
- Maintain food quality, presentation and consistency
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and assist with deliveries
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Maker, Pizza Chef or similar
