Wood is recruiting for a Piping / Mechanical Student placement. Our 8-week Summer Internship will place you in one of our ongoing projects delivering Piping and Mechanical Engineering scopes.
Qualifications Currently a penultimate-year MEng student or a final-year BEng student planning to complete a MEng or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related discipline Expected to achieve a 1st or 2:1 degree in a relevant engineering discipline Available full-time for the 8-week placement Intending to pursue a graduate career in engineering Knowledge of Awareness of the Energy sector (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Basic understanding of mechanical and piping design principles Experience of Academic or practical project work Operations or hands-on engineering experience (desirable) Continuous learning and development Ability to Apply a structured and sys...
