Piping Material Engineer

Purpose of the Role

The key purpose of a Piping Materials Engineer in an FPSO topside environment is to ensure the technical integrity and compliance of all piping materials with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibility Areas & Deliverables

• Develop and maintain project-specific Piping Material Specifications (PMS) and Valve Material Specifications (VMS), ensuring alignment with process conditions and international standards.

2. Piping Package Engineering for Bulk Piping Components, Manual Valves, and Piping Specialty Items

• Provide piping support to the Procurement team in issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for piping bulk materials, manual valves, and piping inline items.
• Act as the bridge between design and the supply chain for all piping material-related activities.
