Vacancy Description
What you will do:
- Create accurate 3D BIM models of piping systems, including pipes, fittings, valves, and equipment, based on P&IDs, engineering specifications, and site sketches.
- Produce 2D layouts, isometrics, shop drawings, and detail drawings directly from 3D models.
- Develop and maintain Revit project-specific M&E families and annotations, libraries, and templates.
- Ensure all models and drawings adhere to company standards, Singapore BIM standards (BCA), and international codes (e.g., ASME, ASTM).
- Create 3D BIM models of piping systems and equipment.
- Produce 2D AutoCAD drawings, including equipment layout, foundation drawings, piping layout, isometric drawings, and other shop drawings.
- Ensure all design/proposal drawings comply with specifications or statutory requirements.
