Vacancy Description
The **Pioneer Territory Manager** is responsible for leading and managing a defined group of independent Sales Agencies focused on the **Pioneer seed brand in East Central Ontario, Canada.** This role requires a dynamic leader who can build and execute a strategic growth plan, develop and coach a high-performing sales team, and foster strong relationships with customers and Pioneer Agents.

**Sales Leadership**
+ Build and execute on a five-year growth plan and supporting tactics for your territory.
