**Description**

**Qualifications**

+ 2 year college degree
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods while supporting filling, packaging, labeling, and cleaning activities in a laboratory environment.
+ Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials, components, packaging supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
+ Proficiency in the operation, setup, calibration, cleaning, and sanitization of Pilot Lab filling equipment, including manual, semi-automatic, and automatic fillers, cap torque machines, crimping machines, mixers, and related support equipment.
+ Able to hold meetings with discussion regarding Scheduling of Pilot batches, raw material status, process requirements and batch coverage of the Engineering Team, Formulation Tean and Pilot supervisor prior to making the batch.
