Piling Rig Operator (CFA / ACIS / Percussion/DTH Specialist) Reports To: Piling Superintendent / Site Manager / Piling Foreman Job Purpose: To safely and efficiently operate Casagrande (B125, B170, B180, B250) and Bauer (BG28, MG48) piling rigs to install deep foundation piles including CFA, ACIS, and Percussion / DTH piles in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Rig Operation & Piling Execution: Operate rigs for CFA, Temporary Cased, ACIS, and DTH piling. Set up rig alignment and positioning. Control drilling parameters and ensure pile accuracy. Monitor concreting and reinforcement placement. 2. Method-Specific Operations: CFA: Drill and pump concrete. Temporary Casing: Install/extract casing for bore stability. DTH/Percussion: Operate hammer systems in rock conditions.
